This website and all related services are owned and operated by GameScript Ltd ("GS"), a company incorporated and based in Jersey, Channel Islands. GS and any and all entities that are controlled by, or are affiliated or under common control with GS, are collectively referred to in these Terms and Conditions as "we," "us," or "our".
Please read these terms of use carefully prior to using any GS site. By using any GS site, you signify your agreement to these terms of use. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the GS sites. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change, modify, add or delete portions of these terms at any time.
You acknowledge that these terms are supported by reasonable and valuable consideration, including your use of the GS Sites, receipt of data, and the possibility of our review or display of your Submissions.
All information, content, and materials on GS Sites are our copyrighted property or the property of our licensors.
If you submit any "User-Generated Content" (including text, images, videos, or sound recordings), you grant GS a perpetual, non-exclusive, irrevocable, fully-paid, royalty-free, sub-licensable, and transferable worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such materials in all media formats.
You agree to provide and maintain true, accurate, and current "Registration Data". You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use or security breach. GS explicitly disclaims liability for losses arising from your failure to comply with this section.
You agree that you will not submit any content that is defamatory, abusive, harassing, bigoted, violent, or encourages illegal activity. GS reserves the right to screen, remove, or edit content in Public Forums at its sole discretion.
The GS sites are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the functions contained in GS sites will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the sites or the servers that make them available are free of viruses or other harmful components.
Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall GS be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or special damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, any GS site or materials. In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the GS sites.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password, as well as all activities that occur under your account. You hereby agree to indemnify and hold GS and our affiliates harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) resulting from your breach of these terms.
GameScript Ltd makes no representation that materials on this site are appropriate for use in any particular jurisdiction. Those who choose to access the GS sites do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Any such amendment will be effective upon the earlier of our dispatch of an e-mail notice to you or our posting of the notice on the GS Sites.
These terms are effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate these terms at any time by discontinuing use of all GS sites. GS may terminate these terms with respect to you immediately without notice if, in our sole discretion, you fail to comply with any term or provision.
If you believe that any content on a GS Site infringes your copyright, you may send a notification to our designated agent at dpo@gamescript.ai. Notifications must include your signature, identification of the infringed work, and your contact information.
In the event of any discrepancy between the English language version of these terms and any other language version, the English language version shall prevail.
